Healthcare - Patient Satisfaction Studies
MANTER CONSULTING provides a patient satisfaction system with a focus on your institution and your patients.
On-site
consultation ensures that the studies provide the information needed
for decision-making and alignment with your overall strategic
objectives.
Survey instruments are customized for your Emergency
Department, Inpatient, Outpatient, Maternity and other hospital areas
as well as physician practices.
Quarterly executive summaries with graphical displays are delivered on time to your hospital.
Monthly verbatim patient comments are reported via e-mail to you, allowing for key issues to be managed in a very timely manner.
Our proprietary database tracks patient names and frequency of calling to avoid too frequent calling to your patients.
Unlike
mail surveys, a specific number of randomly selected interviews for
each key hospital area will be completed each quarter. Interviews are
conducted every week during the quarter to best represent the full time
period.
Trained, seasoned professional interviewers not located in your community to ensure confidentiality and remove bias.
Contact
us for some sample report parameters and to discuss your need for a
customized, fast verbatim response system with strong graphical reports.
